Why I Fansub: I love to be able to create something that has a small part of me while being able to make anime more approachable by a wide audience. Even the little things like signs and songs make a huge difference when watching an anime. Also it is hard to invest in anime as a newcomer when 90% of the mainstream options are ugly yellow subtitles with minimal signage translated. Subtitles should be both easy to read and visually appealing.
